Just as we wake up each morning and start a new day, each course in our schools is a new beginning.
There is no specific level to start for new beginners. Since Aikido courses are not a team game, a beginner does not adversely affect the overall training.

In our dojos our Aikido training philosophy is based on ‘awareness and discovery.’
